  • in the save action, remove the quotes from the second number

    you have to save an integer and not a string because the global var is a integer(number) an not a string

  • pretty cool already, i like the circle livebar, could look excellent with an overlay or something, like the quick charactermovement and animation,

    for me, (but i play with arrowkeys because wasd is unplayable on azerty)

    rightclick should be the slowdown(boost) and extra key maybe ctrl or shift for rocket

    and make better button to play, it takes like 5 clicks to go into training

    ps, topdown looks pretty good and lends itself to this kind of shooters,

    you could make area's you have to clean, like when the waves is done, you scroll to other place and waves start coming again.

    i dont see where does seconds come from, if the timings are duration..

    thats pretty smart, however for optimal performance you should not create maybe 10 objects or more before you get to the right one, but it is a workaround

  • its this exact feature i would like to see for construct2, a way to create an object of a family based on a variable, this would mean that you only need one compare event and the whole system is set,

    the way its now you have to compare for each object you want to create

    id=1 create enemy1

    id=2 create enemy2

  • good to know, must try this way, i for one always use a var and uid of the parent object, but i hate it when for some unknown reason they get misaligned somewhere down the road and they start to pile up when destroyed, uhhh

  • if you add url to homescreen isnt that not enough? only very small bar at top.. and have you put it on fullscreen in c2?

  • im using spritebank plugin to save my sprite pos, angle, vars...

    i exported the json from all this to a file that gets loaded when start of layout

    later on i created a new variable for this family and made a collision event that changed that var, then i got this error (on collision)

    because spritebank loaded the json from sprites that didnt have this variable i got this error,

    the solution was delete the old json string and save with the new objects

    does this make sense?
