  • Sigh, how come your game already has between 100-500 installs and mine is still at 8?

    What could I have done so horribly wrong that people won't even install it to try it out for 5 mins?

  • Set it's angle of motion to whichever direction you want it to go in.

    Pffff, and I was finding it fairly impossible to used the damn save/load game functions properly as it was. This brings a whole new level of challenge which I'm not sure I'm ready for....

    I don't even wanna think about what hell AAA game designers have to go through. And yeah, I know, it's pretty stupid to compare C2 to what they use... still must be pretty complicated for them.

  • So first the on start of layout events from the included event sheets, and last the on start of layout from the sheet they are included in blackhornet ?

    That's horrible.... it's gonna completely mess up my load game event... pffff

    Lets say that my main layout(the one the game starts at) has some on start of layout events at the begining of it's event sheet and olso has one(or more) included event sheets, and these included event sheets olso have on start of layout events in them.

    In what order to these events/actions get executed?

  • AllanR for me the fun usually stops when smoke starts coming out of my hair when I can't figure something out, loool.

  • Thanks AllanR , but I need for the whole thing to happen under the hood, the player isn't supposed to draw/set anything.

    So I'm just gonna wait for MadSpy to finish optimizing his capx, he seems to be going in the direction I want.

  • Loool, we'll I've been using C2 for over a year and you still seem to know more then me... That's sad....

    Oh well, guess I'll turn in and have some nightmares where pieces of code with huge teeth chase me around trying to eat me(seriously I've had this one several times already)....

  • Yeah..... no thanks MadSpy . I've learned(the hard way) that if you wait around for other people to help you(with the more serious stuff like graphics, music, etc.) then even a simple game like Flappy Bird can take you over a year to make, loool....

    So from now on I'm just gonna stick to just asking for help on pieces of code here and there, and apart from that try to do everything else myself in the fastest way possible....
