  • We've had reports of bots PM spamming people. We don't want our users to be tricked or spammed when using this site!

What we've done to tackle this is that now only users with 200 or more reputation can send PM's.

If you have less than 200 rep, you can still receive PM's but you just can't send them. I hope this small change will make Scirra a lot safer for our users!

Please do report any spam PM's to us if you receive them, the best way to reach us is probably by email.

  • Thanks Urled! If people could please email submissions to me though that would be preferred :)

  • We're thinking about maybe having some testimonials listed on the site in some places. If you have a sentence or two you would like to leave about Construct 2, along with your real name and location, please email it to us! You can drop the email to tom at scirra with the dot com. An example would be:

    "I like Construct 2."

    Thomas Gullen, London UK

Feel free to say anything you want, but please note by emailing it to us you give us permission to use your testimonial along with your name/location on our website as we see fit.

Many thanks in advance for any submissions!

  • Thanks for the suggestions I'll make sure Ash sees them!

  • If you didn't get your badge send an email with your Paypal transaction ID and username to licensehelpsfl@scirra.com

  • I don't have a badge!

It's only meant to be a bit of fun. The reason me and Ash don't have a badge is for that very reason, to show it's not needed. We try and treat everyone equally, badge or not.

It's the replacement for the Gravatar default (the random geometric colours). We thought it's more fun than that :)

  • Yeah, most of the website is written in ASP.net and it has to be built and published onto the server which knocks it offline for a few minutes so I don't do it too frequently :)

  • Fixed in next build thanks guys

  • Thanks for the report guys, it seems that gravatar requires everything lowercase. This is now fixed on the forum, and will be fixed in comments on other parts of the site tonight or tommorow.
