  • Very cool! When you crash I can't work out how to restart without refreshing the window though?

It might be good to give more control on steering, you seem to float left and right a bit too much in my opinion :)

Good job though look forward to more of your games!

  • Yup agree, if you get the right niche it can be good.

  • Webfonts are on the to do list to be implemented into Construct 2 using Googles font API, it should be a good feature.

I'd still stress that Construct 2 might not be the best tool for websites, for example basic user functionality such as:

    • Copy/paste text can't be done
    • No right click
    • Not being able to bookmark individual pages

Are all basic user functionality that visitors will miss out on and a lot may not like these facts!

However again I'm pretty impressed someone's done a website with Construct 2!

  • Hi!

First of all, cool website! A few people have talked about using Construct 2 to make websites, and it's really interesting to see it being used this way.

Secondly though, there are a lot of BIG drawbacks to using Construct 2 for making websites.

Canvas really isn't the best medium for a website because search engines will probably have great difficulty crawling it. That's not to say it's flat out wrong, but designing a website in a canvas is a very niche requirement and should be done with caution!

As long as you are aware of the implications and have your reasons, well done!

Just a bit of fun, me and Ash thought it was hilarious!

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Kongregate apparently supports HTML5 games already via an iframe:

The best thing to do would be email their support/ask on their forums as I'm sure there is a way and it should be well explained on their site!
