  • This is really awesome, lucid!

  • Thanks Arima, I give it a try to play with it when I need some time to kill in near future at the moment I have lots of other things to focus on, I have a kinda Set Resolution working, have build it up from a example "Black Bars" made by Madstar and its a master piece of work in my eyes, only It give me at the moment a lot of extra work and still can't figur out whats going wrong, if it have to do that I have create more layers later on, i'm thinking to copy/but rewrite it all again to avoid any strange bugs, construct is strong but I have figur out that you need to have experience with it to know what you can do and what you can't in so manny different ways, I know that its posible to create huge projects with it if you know how to avoid bugs, and I was thinking that it was simple but its not. I have discoverd kinda, that when ya know what to avoid and then with that knowledge rewrite the whole project that everything works super and bugfree (dont hang me up on that because ya never know lol).

I hope that C2 is gonna be a professional piece of software to make professional games, I hope that they dont make the same mistakes as C1, and I hope they realize to make FIRST the BASICS RIGHT before making all kinda fancy futures, if you wanna sell youre game it needs to work good first before people can enjoy the fun of the game, if part 1 dont work they never can enjoy part 2(the game)

  • Thanks Arima, is there a example .cap from that you know? I did see the sysinfo in construct but I was not able to do anything with it so I where thinking it was a future future.

  • Thank you all for your reply's

I have change my mind how to design my game, to big is not good to start with.

Have cut lots of ideas and keep them for expansions if people like the game, this way I hope to make my dream game still and if the sales are not good, at least I tried it

But thank you all for youre responce, it have helped me a lot to make this choice

  • My first part of the list is:

-Checking the system of user and to set/change screen resolution. (the basic needs to build your game on, resolution of youre sprites, backgrounds etc.)

    -exe export

    -multiplay

  • Think it depends what kinda game you make, there is a kinda basic save and load system but I dont believe it works that super, best way is to use array's and/or hashtable's for it, thats what I think but i'm still learning to

  • Think that we need for sure a plugin that check the system of users and a plugin where you can set the screen resolution (that use check system, so people can't set it in the wrong resolution), is my opinion, its the most basics what you need to start a project to begin with.

  • Thanks for youre reply: QuaziGNRLnose

I have it already working, and it can be 1 miljoen hours of gameplay but the only thing is, is to give it a miljoen things of variations at the moment etc. I have fantasie enough to give it a triljoen variations but every variation has to be visual right (lol)

But lets talk of a 10 hour game play, each map, thats already amazing, when I suply 30 maps right?

Thats 300 hour gameplay for a indie game for 14,95 (while the game total give more as 300 hours of gameplay) and compare that with with a 59,95 game from UBI or EA that mostly only give a 30 hour gameplay right?

I'm only exciting that i'm able to create this because of construct and i'm a gamer and can't find a game anymore that satisfied my needs to play the game i like.

I wish everyone the best and hope to see cool games in the future

  • Construct is the only game engine that works logic, that people understand, even if you are a noob at programming.

Only thing is that you need ideas, if you have them, you can make everything you like and want, Construct is such amazing program, you can make more with it as only games, you can make a tax program with it, a program that suits your busnish, its so easy to use and you can use it realy for everything, its only your imagination.

    Just try it

And if you have succes, dont forget to donate

  • Try Construct 3

  • Hi Armia:

You are right in lots of things, but I keep it short because i'm not really a person of talking, but I say one thing: I love games of Blizzard and respect them but doesnt mean i'm afraid to make a better game as them, even if they have money, money don't count only, its the ideas that counts as well and the way to use the ideas, thats my vision at least.

  • My response to: Davioware

I understand what you say, but I'm not unexperiend, I only ask if my game is fun all 80 hours A GameMap (30 maps minimal to pick from), what is my game worth to sell?

Thanks for reply by the way Davioware

  • Thanks for the effort to reply Davioware and Arima,

I'm aware its not easy but I have lots experience with it, it was with game editors from populair games at the time and have realized how much work it was.

I have learned a lot from it how to make my own game engine, I mean the way I want it etc. and have try a lot of game engines and it all sucs compare with my skills till I discovered Construct, and abouth game content (grapics and animations), its 75% work of every new game you make, its the biggest part of content to make for every new game, whatever and how smart youre code is, only not when its a tetris kinda game or pacman etc.

I know that many people think that rpg's are hard to make, they are, but it is not inposible as a indie, i know other games are harder to make to, it just depends what intrests and skilss you have.

  • Thanks for youre reply Karshinkoff,

I agree, it wont make sence to make a huge or unlimited game world when there is nothing intrest to do.
