Awesome! So happy for you!
That's awesome! Maybe Nintendo and Apple will catch on...
:/ I'm bummed out about the lack of webGL effects. Oh, well.
wretchedshark the only thing to do is try and make the animation with events, or perhaps try to reduce the framerate.
I don't see how they can expect good performance with just Canvas. Maybe if their wrapper is good enough...
Animate ok let me know if you get any info. Nintendo, please don't pull a microsoft on us!
Animate Please tell me there's webgl. PLEASE!
NotionGames thanks for the link, this is awesome news. Now it seems the only mysteries are the state of performance and whether html5 games will enjoy the same exposure as the rest.
Unfortunately, this bug report is completely useless unless you post your capx. Not everyone with windows 7 64bit is crashing.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
Look into masking. There's a masking example in C2 which should help.
Keep in mind it looks like they still require you to have game development experience - as in, previously released games. Ubi land had that, but not many other devs here can really say the same :/
A friendly suggestion - typing in all caps won't win you any friends. If you are serious about this, have another look over the first post - fix the grammar and all caps. If not, that's fine, but don't expect anyone to come to you out of interest.
It's a 2D game... if the edges aren't smooth it means your graphics aren't right or you'r doing something weird with scaling/resolution.
O_O Well, this is awesome if it's legit.
Apparently Google Chrome Frame works nice.
