  Its pretty simple really. Basically your taking advantage of the alpha so that instead of having semi transparencies, its either visible or not... visible.

  Still don't see exactly how that would work tho....

  mid(string,index,last.index)?

  Or is N the number of characters you want returned?

  I don't think there's a way to get a single character from a string, but I'd be willing to bet you can with Python.

  There are a few VST's it wont load yet, but that goes for just about any tracker out there.

  Its not bad really. Its a lot like Fruityloops.

  What your asking for is a way to group with in the layout editor? Its been implemented, but not finished.

  I still can't get it to crash, I'm probably doing something wrong...

  I select "Sprite" in the object bar so that both instances of the Sprite become selected, then i right click on Default in the animator, right?

  Does it every time for me xp sp3 with an nvida card. Has been there since before the nines.

  Try this:

  Create a new game, then create a sprite, and copy it.

  Click on the sprite in the objects bar, so that both sprites are selected.

  Now right click to get a context menu in the animator.

  Id at least move the planes to a different layer. Bump map fx works for some things... others not so much.

  Truly, lot of possibilities, and not just for gaming.

  Interesting is how each user must create a map in order to use it. The security benefits from that alone have some astounding implications.

  I remember that commercial from when PS2 came out, and talked about a future version where there was a neural interface.

  It was all fiction,... but look at the possibilities now.
