  I would bet the speed of script vs event should be about the same, especially given that we have a bunch of keyboard shortcuts, and things like intellisence.

  Copy and paste would be way faster I guess.

  Its doable, but it's not a starters project.

  You would want to start with multiplayer, as ai for single player is pretty complicated.

  There are a ton of mechanics to learn before you can even start setting up shop. You might find a few templates on the store.

  Well suppose you did something like a rpg with tons of grinding. Ads would be out of the question, and micro sales can push users away.

  The stores are full of crap, this is one way to encourage some quality, but yeah they need to offer a bit more incentive than 12 cents.

  Yeah clones are really the only thing you have to worry about, but you have to take into account that that only really affects the mobile/ casual market.

  Cloners stealing from cash grabbers. Rather poetic actually.

  Asset theft and resale isn't really a thing, at least not not in the free world, or to anyone with even a modest notion of how the law works.
