    California, the controls are in the Title Screen:

    Player 1: Arrow Keys and "." (dot key) to attack.

    Player 2: WASD keys and "F" to attack.

    I started a new project: a project to fighting game like the old years, similar to "Final Fight" or "Streets of Rage". By the way, like my last project (game Diablo Style) this game will be only a test to learn some new things, but maybe if the result is good I make some serious.

    I will keep update this first post with the last version of the game.

    • Created test graphics and animations for the player characters.
    • Screen for Character Select.
    • Add movement and punch action with hit effect and damage effects.
    • Test game modes: "Player Vs. Puching Ball" and "Player Vs. Player".

    Some little things I?m sure you know:

    • The left monster generator never breaks until the right generator not has been destroyed. Then, both generators are destroyed.
    • In the upper walls, the different stones are not really align and if you walk pressing diagonal up+right/left you get stuck on the borders. Some times between stones can see a line of separation (I use Chrome).

  • New and last (by now) update!

    Finally I find how make some things to repair bugs and make things work better.

    • Now the process to search the enemies is perfect, and the hero attack and destroy the enemies.
    • The enemies now can attack to the hero when is near and hurts him. When loses all health points, game is over.
    • Added test attack animations for hero and enemies.
    • NOTE: Only skeletons works nice, the another enemy is only to test the families and only moves.

    By now, that "test game" is finished. I learned a lot of things with that, and I want to try another types of games to see new situations and learn more.

  • <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> Pepo?s Adventure is a old school game, need to try some times to learn where is the enemies and traps. Is my first game with C2, and with the free edition, so with only 100 events can?t make a final boss. I hope add the boss sooner <img src="smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • I decided update my example file to show the walls and enemies in the correct position than the player, and upload too. Here is the .capx if can be useful.

    Now is more easy to see and kill them.

    I go at the second stage of dessert, the flying dragons are a real nightmare!

    The rats, when you master the "rolling attack" are not a menace, maybe could be good idea implement some type of "energy bar". On some zones you only have to push attack button and see how the cat arrive to the end of a level.

    Another little problem is when you loses all lives. The cat still dead on center of screen, and then goes to level 1. Maybe a "Game over" text could be good.
