  You could use OR block. It also seems that you have fairly complicated control scheme so local variables could maybe keep things a bit cleaner.

  You probably knew this, but if you use any pre made movement behaviors remember to set Default controls to NO.

  You could use something like sprite.X-4*dt*60 or use variable if paused.

  arcgen, No. I don't think there is a lot I can do.

  First this seems like a small thing, but I imagine it might be very frustrating on multiplayer games. Just thinking could it be the GC pile up stuff a bit too much and then removing it takes a bit too long. These freezes seems to be longer when it haven't done it in a while.

  keepee, This is awesome! It seems to behave quite right. I think for "easy" drifting there should be somekind of spin prevention system.

  Yann, This also works if I remove that +90 part.

  You can push the tyre around with right mouse and rotate with left and right arrows.

  It seems that in the example it just applies an impulse to the center of the object.

  If I use that Mass * -getLateralVelocity it is just way too much force. Also I tried to set velocity to lateral x and y with all kinds of variations, but could't get it to work.
