    I think the title says it pretty much all Apparently there seems to be an issue sometimes when exporting a game and using the option "Minify Script", that certain 3rd Party Addons won't work with that. Is there any indication when buying or downloading an Addon, which ones will work with the options and which won't?

    How bad is it, to export a Desktop Game with the Minify Script option turned off btw?

  • No that's right... TBH i didn't even know that Edge wasn't Multiplatform :O I thought they were on Mac as well and i think i remember having Safari running on Windows years ago to try it out but maybe that all changed by now

    First of all a disclaimer: i don't want to start a performance discussion (so far never had any problems with NW.js) again or anything, this post is purely out of interest and maybe you guys have had some experiences or anything

    Since NW.js is based on Chromium i was wondering if there are similiar Wrappers or Systems maybe in the making maybe already released but with different Browsers like Firefox, Edge (if that's even possible since it's proprietary) etc.?

    I think that would be kinda interesting to keep a bit of competition going

  • Allright, i tried it out oosyrag and unfortunately i only get an Error Message when trying to load a file stating "Error: JSON is not a valid Construct array"...

  • Posted this a lot already but haven't in the Forums yet. Implemented first features for my Adventure Game "Purgatory". Also streaming the development from time to time. I look forward to work on it on the weekend again!!!

  • Ashley That must be it, i thought it might be more a problem of 3rd Party Addons but my main project has the physics behaviour in it. Any chances this will get fixed or is "fixable"?

    EDIT: One of the things that seem to go different with my project is, that instead of crashing or an error report or anything it just shows a black screen... I wanted to ask in general, since i'm at a stage with my game where i no longer feel comfortable to share the .c3p file publicly if i may send it to you via E-Mail in case you would like to take a look?

    I was testing out exporting in C3 and exported my bigger project for Mac with the setting "Minify Script" turned on. Unfortunately, it didn't run the exported game and only showed a black screen. When i turned the option off it worked. Now, i made a small project file using the one 3rd Party Addon currently in my project since i read, that those can sometimes cause the problem but it exported fine with Minify Script turned on.

    What other reasons can there be that Minify Script doesn't work?
