  Flash is not a standard industry, you know why iDevices do not support flash.

  If they don't sponsor HTML5 that's fine but im sure they will sponsor HTML5 apps in 2014.

  Otherwise, you should to put ads and make in-app payments for bonus and special features liek upgrades.

  That behavior is designed for layout, not window, if you want to use your feature to make a platform game, the enemies are out of windows, so are destroyed now and you are walking... you see there no enemies.

  Installing node.js on shared web hosting is possible - it depends on whether your hosting company allows you command line/shell/terminal/telnet access.

  Thanks, i will ask some web hosting companies if they let me to install Node.js before to purchase the plan.
