    i remember that game... unfortunately i had the censored german version which even had a different name... it was called Super Probotector - The Alien Rebels and they replaced all humans with robots :P

    you'd have to write your own function to sort the array either in php or in c2

  • Well i was working on my new game for a while and hit a bug yesterday where i couldn't reset my layout properly or other mysterious things happened...

    The game had ALOT of events and cause i was testing new stuff all the time i didn't bother to organize it in groups and just added and added and added to eventview... HUGE mistake :D

    Now i have to start (almost) from scratch cause i have no idea WTF is going on.

    So... always organize your stuff... from the beginning ;D

    I want to destroy an object when an other sits on it for a while using the physics behavior.

    But as it seems the collision isn't triggered anymore once the object "rests" on an other object :(

    Disable the 3rd event to see what i mean. I just use it as a workaround for now... but it's kinda crap cause it influences the physics object :(

    I've tweeked it a bit and now it's looking kinda how i wanted... a nice comic-style flame / torch effect:

  • Well you've cleaned it up a bit but totally broke what i wanted to achieve.

    What i've TRIED todo was:

    1. Red Particle fades to 50% Opacity

    2. Red Particle spawns new invisible yellow Particle

    3. Yellow Particle is in same place as red particle

    4. Yellow Opacity is increased to near 100%

    5. Killswitch for yellow Particle is set to fade it out and then destroy it

  • Hey i've been trying to build a color changing particle system but something is wrong and i can't fix it <img src="smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" align="middle">

    I've been trying to make some flames but the particle system breaks after a second or sooner and doesn't fade correctly anymore.

    It also seems VERY slow and doesn't spawn enough particle for my taste :(

  • Looks like PHP is disabled on dropbox(makes sense). Thus it won't work :)

    You need a webserver which supports php.

  • OK that seems to work, however the whole gamearea is scaled as it seems and not just the active layer :(

    EDIT:

    Working fine now... should have set the layer scalerate to 0 :D

  • Most ftpclients have a chmod function to Set read/write stuff

  • 1. belt object, physics behavior, immovable = true

    2. box object, physics behavior

    3. box on collision with belt -> box apply x-force 100

    4. ???
