  • Hey, sorry I took so long to give feedback but I've finally used the plugin and it's great! No issues. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

  • In IntelXDK on the build settings "Plugin Management" just delete the splashscreen plugin. I don't have the splashscreens on my apps.

  • Thanks for this! Not had a chance to test it yet but will let you know as soon as I have

  • Cranberry has a Cordova plugin that checks network status. I use that plugin and it works great.

  • Thanks! That'd be great if you could put something together. I'd really appreciate it!

As for your question, I honestly don't know. I just googled what I needed and those were the 2 results that looked the most promising lol. Sorry!

  • Josek5494 is this something you'd be interested in looking in to at all?

  • Ok thanks. That's a shame.

Does anybody have any recommendations? Not being able to know when an ad has been sucessfully complete kind of defeats the object.

I can't get appodeal to build properly in IntelXDK at all. An error every time. I have paid access to cranberry plugins, does anybody successfully use one of his video ad plugins?

  • Josek5494 thanks for pointing me in the direction of this plugin.

Is there a condition "On Reward Video Completed"? So that way I know if they watched it all the way through or not and can reward them accordingly?

    Thanks

  • Hi, is there a version of this that supports Reward Interstitial Videos by Admob? I thought I had seen it somewhere but this doesn't appear to have it? Thanks

Appreciate your work! Run in sandbox if concerned about viruses.

  • Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong spot but the only "request" sections I could find are for project feedback or collaboration requests...

Anyway, with Marshmallow introducing custom permissions my users need to know to manually enable permissions because currently, if you don't know any better, then it appears that certain aspects of my app don't work.

For example, I use the cordova telephone plugin, which doesn't work until the user goes in to the app permissions and enables the telephone permission but there are no automatic system prompts to do so. I was hoping to create a link from my app to open up the app settings in android to make it easier on the novice user.

I can use the cordova plugin "LaunchApp" to open package by url and link to "com.android.settings" but this is too general. I want to go specifically to my app settings.

I found this (see below) and am not sure if it's the basis required to make this plugin but I have no clue how to create a plugin. Can anyone throw something together here?

*edit* This may be even better: https://github.com/selahssea/Cordova-open-native-settings *edit*

    Thanks in advance.

I saw that you have managed to get it working. I've tried only using WebM format but it still does not work after export. It works when previewing on the computer. Have i missed something?

I don't know if this will help but here's some more information.

I built with Crosswalk 10, I've not tried it with 7 so I'm not sure if it works with that version and VLC Player tells me the video codec is VP8.

If you want to see it in action my app is at:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quiz90tv.nsgames

Click the green man on the menu, it'll take you to a layout with a promo video for another game I have.

  • TiAm I built with Crosswalk 10, I've not tried it with 7 so I'm not sure if it works with that version and VLC Player tells me the video codec is VP8.

  • I managed to get it to work.

I couldn't get anything to load from URL but I did get it to work by importing the video file into the project.

I left OGG and H.264 blank and just used a WebM video file. That works when compiled with Crosswalk.

  • cranberrygame I am asking in here as it seems to have gone unnoticed on the google community. Two things.

    PhonegapGame-Login

Your PhonegapGame plugin only seems to allow the option to login to Google Game once per game launch. Allow me to explain...

I prompt a login using your plugin when the game is launched, but if the user chooses not to login initially I also have a button on my menu screen that should prompt it. However, this option fails instantly when clicked. I have tried different variations of this setup and it appears that every time, if the first login attempt fails, until the game is reset, it will continue to fail thereafter.

    PhonegapGame-User image url

It seems your plugin isn't retrieving the users profile image URL correctly. I can set sprite by URL using Scirra's official Google Game plugin, so it's not my event setup causing the issue, but it doesn't work using your plugin. Do you know if this is a bug? I know other people have had a similar issue.
