  • Awesome.

What module are you using, it's your own or parts of some library?

  • But it still commonly used, and it's easer to work with, especialy when you work with small data, it's more handy and lightweight than XML or JSON (btw, what about JSON?)

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • I'm using Tiled for CC, I've modified ROjO's python script (added CSV format parsing and automatic objects properties\variables adjustment), only thing I don't like in Tiled is not so handy objects managment, hope they'll add something like objects pallete soon.

But I don't know if C2 allows you use javascript like python in CC, I think using your own script is more handy, than plugin, since you can easily adapt it for your needs

  • lso, for those of us who do not have 3DSMax, doing what Sagal suggested is irrelevant.

Blender is free 3d tool and can do same thing

  • I have no idea why people found this so funny

  • Voted for green. [This] blue is too boring for me

  • I've found that Arvoesine quite hardcore and frustrating, but Ainevoltas 2 was really great, and another side-scroller rpg was good too

  • It makes me feel demotivated

  • Well, why don't you ask him personally?

P.S. Is it you who started another 'Construct and MMF' topic recently?

  • As I remember, 1 px per second equal to 100*timedelta, so 10 px should be 1000*timedelta

  • And using Python scripts makes it easer too (If you know Python)

  • Oh, fantastic! I knew there's must be something like that, but it is not documented.

I'm curious, how many hidden features still exists in Construct

  • Not realy. Only way I found is add Text object, set Text.text to {array} (simple str() and applying Global Var to convrt array to string doesn't work) and use 'get token count' on it. Don't know why it works only with text object.

    Maybe someone knows better solution

  • {<array>}@<index>

return element #<index>, i.e., in your case

    {"directory1","directory2","directory3"}@2

    will give you string "directory2"

  • There's a lack of detailed information on their site. What's its features?
