Possibly, c3 now converts compatible audio into .webm. When importing, You would likely want to use .webm since m4a, mp3, and ogg have a huge file size and don't work on all devices.
Use .webm audio format. The others dont work on ios.
UPDATE*** This does have to do with admob. I removed Mobile Advert c3 plugin and I also had to export with Android Cordova exports, use xcode to add the Android platform then build the android app using android studio. Using C3 Android export doesn't seem to work.

I just exported a signed Android Apk and its freezes before reaching the first screen load.I used my own game and also KiwiStory demo game.
Why is Construct so inconsistent with the mobile exports? I uploaded my game to android in full faith it would work has it does on the c3 platform only to find that it doesn't load now I'm getting mass uninstalls.

You guys should consider a more convenient way that customers can access updates or even make purchases. If I hadn't found a previously downloaded zip folder from months ago on an old pc with a link of this forum in the support file I would have given up trying to look and that would have been $199 wasted.
The console is showing connection lost errors. I tried another build and it worked fine with no connection lost errors. This suggests there's some kind of problem with the internet connection between you and the build server.
It does not appear to be my internet connect. Ive ran it several times on different projects through different ISP's with projects that are between 10-30mb and they've all failed. Even the bigger game demos that construct provides. please see image below for the most recent error.

For the Past 3 Hours I haven't been able to export to IOS. It waits for about 5-10min then gives a timed out error.
