  • You can use Parse.com which offers a free package.

    There's a plugin for c2 available here (costs $10 or $20), and allows users to login.

    It's very powerful and you wont need a server.

    I'm developing two apps with it now, and it works perfectly. If you need help, let me know.

    There are two ways to import your games into Intel XDK.

    For both methods you need to update the '...additional.xml' (shown in the tutoiral for IAP under 'Show how to add the plugin manually')

    For some reasons C2 adds a wrong code (not for IAP, but for Game and Facebook) to this file. So always check the xml code.

  • Misch mich da mal mit ein. Der Großteil der Community hier ist englischsprachig, deshalb wird eine solche Gruppe nicht viel Nutzen haben, außer vielleicht Erfahrungen auszutauschen. Da ja jeder heutzutage Englisch spricht, macht das wohl kaum Sinn, alle gegenwärtigen Tutorials in Deutsch zu übersetzen. Notfalls kann man das immer noch mit einem Übersetzerprogramm machen.

    Ich persönlich schreibe meine Tutorials auch in englisch. Ich habe auch all meine Internetseiten, welche mit dem Thema Construct 2 zu tun haben, in englisch geschrieben, da der Aufwand zweisprachig zu fahren zu Groß ist, für das, dass nur ein kleiner Prozentsatz hier deutsch spricht und zugleich keine Ahnung von englisch hat.

    Ein weiters Problem bei deutschsprachigen Tutorials ist, dass C2 selbst in Englisch ist und eine gute Übersetzung des Programmes schwer und aufwendig ist.

    Nur meine persönliche Meinung

    The majority of this commuinty speaks english, so I guess such a group is only usefull to share experiences with C2 or plugins. But there would be no need to translate or write tutorials in german.

    I personally write all my tutorials in english, even my websites regarding to construct 2 are written in english due the fact that only a small part of this community speaks german. Otherwise I have to manage 2 languages.

    Just my personal opinion

    I'm looking for a PHP/AJAX developer for my next project.

    What I need

    • AJAX Login and account creating function in C2 ('email' as username and 'password')
    • Cookie to stay loggedin if the player wants to
    • Secure transmission of the account information (SSL)
    • Server Side script handling the login and saving
    • Saving of variables at C2 in the MySQL Database

    So the player should be able to decide if he wants to create an account or if he wants to login (I can make the look and feel, I just need the function with Input Fields and transmisson to the server). If the player creates an account the value of certain variables should be saved at the MySQL Database associated with his account.

    So if the player re-installs the game and logs in into his account those values should be restored from the MySQL Database to C2.

    If some can do this (needs to be secure) please let me know. Also attach the price for that!
