  • Now Ideally the person should beable to update their first post with the latest version/ chnage log of the plugins. I was reading thorough the PHBB FAQ here and noticed something about user groups. Maybe we could make a Plugin Dev user group and when you release your first plugin you can join that group and they can have permission to edit their posts in the Subforum so they they can keep it up to date so that when we start getting more plugin devs the mods and Admins wont be overrun with requests to update.

  • lucid, that sounds interesting. Since when do members make plug-ins? New era for Construct indeed. Anyways, I'll have to look out for your plug-ins.

    members have always been able to make plugins for construct. That is the entire point of the open source thing, Modding the program to do what you want it to. Me, Lucid, linkman, and Lomu as well as the devs have made plugins for construct. You can get the SDK in the plugin forum but I think the .99 version is coming soon.

  • We dont want to Bar new users from the chat. We want to make it so that once you are confirmed as a regular user "AKA not a bot" you dont have to pass the are you human test. This would be nice because I have to do the test almost every time I log on.

    This is why I suggested the X amount of posts. Until you make X posts every time your IP changes you have to do the test but once you are over X amount of posts you are confirmed as a regular user and dont have to take the test no matter what you IP is.

  • Maybe until you make 25 posts or some other number picked by admins you have to pass the Are you human test for each time your IP changes.

  • I get it almost every time I log on at home.

  • All event are looped. If you want an event to only run once every X amount of time you use Every X miliseconds. if you want to enable a group to loop every x miliseconds.

    Make an event outside the group: Every X milliseconds, inverted group is activated(Group is not active)> enable group

    Make your events then As the LAST event do a system > group is active> Deactivate group

  • Yeah maybe if a user count has over X amount of posts the would no longer have to do the are you human test.

  • I also tried to use my plugin for creating things and it does not work I though i would have to port it to the new SDK but maybe its a bug. Did you report it Azu?

  • can we get an adittional keyboard shortcut for edit-time zooming?

    notebooks do not have scroll wheels. Typical shortcut is ctrl-plus and ctrl-minus

    Agreed even though most note books have that scroll area on the side it would be nice to have the keyboard shortcut.

  • For anyone wondering how to do edit time zooming it is CTRL+mouse wheel. as for runtime its what Ashley said.
