Aaaaah poutine...my favorite, I just ate one! From Ashton!! Which is the best of the best in term of poutine!

I like cooking too, grilling steaks most. That poutine, I've never had that, it must be unhealthy as hell, but probably tasty (as all unhealthy things ).

How do you make it? I'd try it.

In disorder : I listen to a lot of music (Rock, Stoner, metal, death, grind, black, whatever), play games (currently demon's souls), play the guitar (strat+oc3), paint...digitally (once every 2 or 3 years though), linux distro hop (and bop), test all free software i can find (and i may need), read books (mostly thrillers and horror, or stuff about serial killers) and manga (Junji Ito mostly, and Suehiro Maruo)... etc... i guess i forget some...

You make some good french fries (no curl or any other funny shaped thing), plain good old french fries. You take cheese curbs (do NOT grate cheese or it will melt and become all sticky and gooey). Put the cheese on top of the fries then cover everything with a poutine sauce (which you may not have easy access to) so hese's a link with a good sauce recipe at the bottom of the page, the "Veloute" one.

My favorite poutine is one with fries, cheese curbs, ground beef and sausage slices... thats pretty awesome I tell you.

poutine is gravy and cheese on fries, its incredibly overrated.

I'll stick to chili-cheese fries. Its at least memorable, if the heartburn doesn't bring back memories, the trip to the lou will.

i've had poutine at quite a few places, it's just not THAT good, i prefer GOOD fries alone.

Gravy on cheese? Well now I've seen everything.

My other hobby is sleeping. It takes me all my time to do anything on a computer. I usually paint crap on canvas when it's someone's birthday. I don't know if it's really cheaper than buying something, as it costs me my time, precious time I could be sleeping!
