I hope i got the name right.

Anyway I'm looking for some program that can resize images using the same method (I think it's superscale) that MAME uses. I've looked for one but couldn't find it.

Anyone know of any ideas?

If you go down a bit you'll find the "2xsal" scaler. I'm not sure if you wanted something that sharpens images as well as scales them, but thats what it does. I haven't used it in a while but I'm pretty sure it runs from a dos box.

I used PhotoZoom myself, but it's expensive. There is also ReShade, OnOne and a plugin for photoshop from PXL and Alien Skin (Blow Up).

Not really any good free ones, at least none that run natively in windows. InfranView (which is free) has a resampler but it's mediocre at best.

There's probably something out there for windows (besides DOS).
