Question about copyrights

Hi,

I'm wondering is it posiible for own game use a sequence of few pictures that were in anothere game, but resized from +100% to 15/10/5% (which would be roughly 98px height 32px width)? If not, what if they would be edited too?

Legally no, you cant do any of that, not unless you have the rights, or have made the art yourself.
