Need game artist for a sprite sheet [Free or very cheap]

I am currently developing a detective-style game, and need a detective spritesheet. I am on a tight budget, so am unable to give large amounts of money, but if you are interested please contact me!

P.S: This will eventually be a paid game, so if I make more than £100.00 UK, you can have at least £20.00 possibly more!

Do you have any other visuals for the game decided? Just to get a feel of how detailed the character will be. I usually do sprite sheets for $5 per frame, but if it's not a very detailed character, I can do it for less.

Did you even read my last post? Anyway, here is a screenshot of the game (Using copyrighted sprites that can't be published). It is a retro graphics game, and I need all the furniture and maybe a title screen? (I will apply sepia later, so sprites will need to be full colour.)
