White-lines grid not too enjoyable and studio logo pad take more than 1/3 image width. Colors are just perfect.

To me the eyes look fine. Are the fruits going to change expressions in the game, like animations, similar to the blocks in the game 3's

Hey friend, I think you should the eyes expression and design it like cute. If fruits look cute the users would like it more

like these fruits in images but these images are bookmark i found best for you so i would preferred this expression, eyes and face for your icon

The color scheme is beautiful. As for the eyes, may I suggest a simple solution, enlarge the iris until it is roughly 70% the size of the eyeball. Also increase the specular inside the iris and if possible, give it just a little bit of blur.
