My only conclusion is that Nintendo isn't responding do to the possiblity that Scirra doesn't make games. I know it's strange, but last I looked at there old Wii developer license. A company already needed to have a game under the belt before they would ever serious communications.
Though Scirra makes an engine wich I think is valid. They don't have any games and Nintendo might not be noticing that. This really sucks honestly. I hope the guy who is doing Super Ubi land can give them a kick in the backside :(
