[Plugin] Windows Phone Updated - New Tutorial!

  • rhostudios anything in particular? I'm still actively supporting it, but there haven't been any major feature requests since the last release.

    Bear in mind I've only got time to support features that are urgently required for games in development.

    baleixo PM me a build, I suspect you haven't copied the files across to the included project folder as per the tutorial.

  • thehen Just the usual things such as ad support, but that isn't such a big thing, since it can always be added in later using visual sudios.

    I was just interested in knowing if there are still updates planned, because this is a nifty plugin that deserves to be used.

    When I make the changes before mentioned, I get the following image:

  • Drachmatizando upload the exported Windows Phone project and PM me a link. Looks like you haven't copied images across?

    rhostudios ad support is definitely on the agenda as we're moving to ad-supported with Mortar Melon, but no ETA as of yet.

    Yea this happens when you forget to add existing files to your images. Anytime you make a new sprite or anything you have to add them again. I've ran into this a lot just cause I was to excited to see my project on my phone haha.

  • All my image files are just sitting up at the corner of the screen. Even the invisible ones. It starts happening after I move my images and my runtime over to the project folder. I was having this issue last time with the clay.io files not being in the right place, but this project doesn't even have them, and it's the third new folder I've created using the one in the plugins zip.

    Is the canvas size inside the html file correct?

  • It wasn't, but is now. Still doing it however. It doesn't do it when I directly debug through the CS2 exported folder(granted then I can't play it cause the game starts halfway down the screen.)

    Not that it matters if I can't get my damn game to pass certification...MS needs to stop making this so frustrating.

  • WPGamer what happens if you export as HTML, upload, and open in Internet Explorer on Windows Phone?

    Opender no timescales as of yet - my current priority is working with Ludei to get some outstanding CocoonJS issues resolved.

    I sent you a PM already, but thought your answer might be useful to others. Do you have any experience getting Microsoft Advertising to work in Windows Phone 8? I have no problems with my Windows 8 apps using the advertising sdk, but windows phone 8 seems to be a much different animal, and I can't find anything online.
