[Behavior] revive

Revive

(Update: 2013/06/09)

This behavior try to help user creating instance automatically latter after destroyed.

This behavior is depended on timeline plugin, so user need to add timeline plugin into project.

Sample

"Revive time" in properties table is a delay time for recreating instance after destroyed.

User need to use "action:Clean timeline" in timeline plugin to clean waitting timers.

Advance

• "condition: on destroy" will be triggered when instance destroyed, user could use "action:set a memory value" to store some values at this event.
• "condition: on revive" will be triggered when instance recreating, user could use "expression:Mem" to get stored values saved before.

Nice one! Revive is interesing like opposite of destroy

good one, it's usefull to save the position of the player when dies and then revive it in the same place. Thanks rexrainbow!

This behavior might not be saved/loaded , because that the unit of save/load is "an instance" , but this behavior was activated after destroyed.

Another way is using nickname and timeline plugin. Create a timer for reviving when time-out, assign the nickname for creating type parameter.

Rexrainbow i have problem with revive behavior. When destroy my oponents i have error message and game is freeze. I use newest version of C2

I try update your revive by Rex repo tool and i have addational error mesage

You might put a timeline object into layout, and try again.

rexrainbow i have weird effect and its hard to explain, sometimes oponents are more revived than i set on map

I guess - this might happen when restart, or goto layout. Because that the reviving count-down timer was still alive in the timeline object, the solution is -

Well on restarted layout i use clean but this dont solve the problem, sprites are still spawning too much ;'(

When 'im dead' i go to title screen, in title scr. i set on start of layout: pause timeline, resume and clean
