  • ome6a1717 Try comment (or delete) the "system for each fly" line. It can possibly help (or not).

  • I want to know if C3 has improved any since C2 in terms of games made running on NW.js and does the "run layout" feature work faster at compiling the project for a test run?

    C3 has a significant boost.

  • "I'm sorry but the arcade has some bugs that need fixing - we're working on a new version which will address all these issues.

Looking forward for arcade updated :)

  • any alternative to rex_moveTo using the current runtime?

    Pathfinding does basically the same.

  • > Also, Steam only sends out a minimum of $100 (because of payment processing fees). So if you game makes say $35 a month it will take 3 months to receive your money.

What does payment processing fee mean?

Banks take their cut from each transaction. It's not necessary to dive that deep.

Just keep in mind that Steam sends a minimum of $100.

I guess that everyone receives C3 updates regardless of having a license, but you will face free version limitations without your subscription.

  • you should search the forums for pros and cons of C3. It was all discussed several times already and the folks here (including me) are getting pretty tired of that.

Myself (and some tens of thousands people) using C3 and happy with that.

  • The Diaper Movie, Steam takes it's 30% of each sale.

So if $5 is your 100% revenue, then Steam will take $1.5 per pop.

And you get $3.5, I'm not mentioning taxes you have to pay, because they are different in different countries.

Also, Steam only sends out a minimum of $100 (because of payment processing fees). So if you game makes say $35 a month it will take 3 months to receive your money.

Like it or not - that's how it works. Other game distribution platforms operate in approximately the same way. That information from above is all over the internet and developers all over the world are "not so" happy about it for years.

It will be years before Steam is overtaken.

Yes, of course. Only time will tell if anyone succeeds at that.
