  If the collision box for the second frame is set to Bounding box like the first, then it works ok.

  If you're asking for a re-design, you will need to provide a much clearer reason for it, preferably with example(s). At the moment, it just looks like you don't like the way it works, which is hardly a good reason for change.

  I've never had a problem with inserting links.

  If it's the automated one, it asks for description first, then URL, or it may just insert URL tags, in which case, put your URL after the "URL=MY _URL_LINK" inside the square brackets, and your description after the first closed square bracket.

  Please don't shout - it's very rude.

  Construct 2 is a HTML5 2D game creation system, therefore it is obviously going to run in a browser, as it's HTML5. It can launch in any browser you specify, but it's local.
