You would save a lot of time by posting the .capx. If you're not sure how, see THIS tutorial.

The arcade currently allows uploads using the default installed plugins and behaviors only, so I reckon he's asking for this to be changed, which I am certain Tom is already aware of :/
Add a new layer and place your UI elements on it. Set the Parallax property to 0,0.
