    i'm sick of all that game's i can't play becouse i don't have "original microsoft xbox 360 controller" what's wrong with you people? microsoft sticker on a controller doesn't make it best in the world

  • yeah i know what gmax was (i mean that''s was 3d studio but not so Max at all in capabilitys )

    i'm using 3d studio for over 12 years (almost all versions of it) and gmax was specificly made as a simple tool for low-poly game modeling, texturing and animation...and that's it, but still liked it

  • agree with that, but not "unlock selected" more like "unlock by name"

    sometimes you need to change or move only one locked object and to do that you need to unlock everything and when many object are overlaping themselfs it quite hard to do that.

  • problems? as i remember it's like 3d studio max ripoff...well i don't remember having problems with any of them.

    and i just set "wait time" to 1000000000000 - you know many zero's

    it's kind'a cheating but well...works

    but anyway i think setting "wait time" to -1 should make it stay forever - just little feature request

  • use "Fade behavior" for both sprites

    set your first "text" sprite or whatever

    Activate on Start - On

    Fade in time - 2000

    Wait time - 5000

    Fade out time - 2000

    second sprite:

    Activate on Start - Off

    Fade in time - 2000

    Wait time - 5000

    Fade out time - 2000

    and then in event sheet editor set

    + First Sprite On Fade Out Finished -> Second Sprite Start Fade

    it plays frame nr 1, skips frames: 2,3,4 then plays frames from 5 to 10 and "ping-pong" them.

    even if "ping-pong" is off

    it' depends what you after, you can always download samples for sound effects, but if you need speciffic sound sometimes you need to make it by your own.

    I remember doing some lightning effect where i used about 15 diffrent tracks, too many effects and processors...as i remember i took me about 4 hours to make 4 seconds sound

  • you can try Rebirth for begining - gives you an idea how sequencer and drum-machines work

    it' very easy soft and fun to use. - i spend many many night's using it few years ago

  • i saw the files from the Effects directory and compare them to *.fx files from "shaderfx", and they are quite diffrent. oh well time to open notepad
