  • Hey guys, please help me. I need to apply this expression inside my js code: How can I do that? I really don't understand how colors work at all. I don't know the reason but looks like here uses some strange color system that is absolutely confusing me. I wondering why it is not standard RGBa? The current approach makes everything harder

  • Yes. this was the issue. I checked the code and I added the browser fullscreen but it doesn't work on game start. It works only if add 1s timeout in my case. I don't know if it is valid for me only, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but anyway, it works now. Thank you guys for help

  • thank you very much. I will try

  • After the export, when I'm running my game I see that it is not fullscreen. I see that it is running in the window mode, on the top side I see Windows navigation on the bottom side I see Windows panel. Is it possible somehow to run the game in real fullscreen mode?

  • Yeah, last 10% of the project the toughest. I took 1 month break anbout 2 months ago and then continued. I was emotionally empty. After one month of break it is going easier. But anyway I took for myself one extra month to polishing and testing.

  • Hello. This is a layout I made of a futuristic scene using Construct 3. It's not a game yet, but who knows... The video is in Portuguese, but what matters, which is the initial scene, has no lines. The graphics are based on my handmade drawings.

    Wow, amazing job

  • Conventional wisdom is that you should make your Steam store page live as soon as possible. That gives you more time to accumulate wishlists and followers.

You will get some traffic just by being on Steam. My page got about 200 visits per day and averaged about 3 wishlists per day. Not impressive numbers but they added up over time.

Found your game on Steam. It looks really awesome, I think you should think about translating it to other languages. Also, I don't see achievements there, the trophy hunters love short indie projects to improve their stats, so if you add achievements it would bring you much more sales.

Thanks for the advice. I'm working on it. I already sent the store page for review. Steam support is still checking. I hope it won't take too much time. Have you already released your game? How is it going? Is it difficult to promote it?

  • It is not released yet. The game is finished but it's on final testing. I'm going to release it in the second half of December or in the first half of January.

You can try the old but working demo here, a lot of gameplay things were changed since i published it but in general it is correct - construct.net/en/free-online-games/niels-penguin-adventures-48920/play
