Don't specialize in third party stuff, but I'd start with " intel.xdk.device.uuid "

You need to give a reproducible method on how you came to that conclusion by producing a capx that shows what you did.

Also, expletives aren't needed are they?

  • You will need to be more specific as most devices don't allow that.

  • Are you going to load models, rigging's, bones, or scenes?

Or is this Thumb Warz Two: Enter the Digits?

  • There are 2 sides to look at

That of the social network, and that of the billionaire ********

Apparently Elon Musk isn't the only one who gets to play Batman.

    Edit:

In b4 not the hero we want, but hero we need.

  • Using containers will ease things a bit. You could skip the overlapping bit from Arima's example, if you have the objects associated that way.

Also, a lot of 9-panels can bog things down, especially on mobiles.

    Edit:

You can use Arrays in containers as well.

  • Might check the how-to examples:

  • On drag, or touch store the x, and y of the object to a variable.

Then when its dropped compare the objects position to the variables.

You'll need extra sub events for all the different directions you want to compare.

  • You just check the direction it was going when it was dropped.

Like if the x when it was dropped was so much greater than the x it had when it was picked up, then you know it was swiped right.

  • So many jams... so little bread.

  • I tried the Windows 8 upgrade assistant, and it was pretty much like the Simpson's Nelson going "ha ha".

Besides Id rather brick the system then spend more money on it.

  • I don't know about Spine, but Spriter had plans for making animations reusable.

Also an animation in Spriter can have many different animations, as the animations are just data.

Check out Brashmonkey.com they are already doing what you are trying.

  • Not really worried about running C2 on a Xp system. Its a given that the hardware specs just aren't enough.

What I was hoping for was a low end Linux system to test games on.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • So Xp is getting the axe soon, and I'm debating installing another free os.

Question is: anyone know of one where C2 games work?

  • 1: I don't think you will be able to export to any app store in under 48 hours. At least not any that demand revue. Export to browsers that those devices use is basically one click publishing.

2: The constraints are pretty much the same as native, IE too many objects, graphics intensive, etc, with the caveat that there are a few quirks to the logic that can get you into a bind.

3: All that is needed to make specific types of movements is there, and there are a few third party plugs that are somewhat useful. The engine does not give you much as far as pre-configured things go, since there are way to many different ways to do so.

4: Its a 2d engine, with 3d support from third parties. In other words, not reliably.

    5: Weekly.

6: If I were to get another computer, C2 is the first thing I would install.
