  • Hello Cjbruce,

Thank you very much for your reply which is very much appreciated.

I will use the iFrame and link with it to its own page. In that way, I can use the same game in other places to.

    Have a great day.

  • Hello all,

I am creating small educational games for our small 8 year daughter. Because my wife and myself are afraid damaging the laptop when working on it, we prefer her to make the exercises on a small android tablet which is connected to the internet.

We have a website space and domain, which we want to use for these exercises. By placing it on a website, she can also from other computers access the exercises wherever she has internet. We are not concerned about illegal use of these educational games, because they are free and somebody viewing this website will also be able to play these educational games. Game data should be stored at the local computer.

Exporting the finished games, will be HTML5.

Is it possible to integrate these games into a section of our website? Will it be difficult to integrate and what are the things we have to watch out for?

Thank you very much for your time spent on my questions.

  • I was in 1998 in Romania (Drobeta-Turnu-Severin) and believe me, the accent is Romanian.

  • I like this course also very much. The author makes a lot of efforts to make things clear and is easy to follow. His Romanian english accent add a personal touch to the course.

He also share very much of his experience and knowledge with his students.

Wanting to know more of C3, this is the course for you. Especially the lack of a manual makes this course even more worthwhile.

  • On this moment I am in Botswana with very poor and slow internet connection.

I can confirm that Construct 3 is working fine, despite the very poor internet connection.

    Hope this helps.

  • Dear Lucky,

No need to thank me, you earned this licence by creating those tutorials.

Wish you very much success and all the best for the future.

    You are welcome.

  • There is clearly mentioned that there are no resources in this class yet on the Udemy course. For me it is not a problem because creating or choosing the graphics ourself let us make our own creative results from the same course.

Maybe we have to draw our own graphics, which is a very good exercise. As a second option you can buy the graphics here also on the Scirra website.

I remember from earlier tutorials, there are flappy bird graphics in the media files, coming with Construct 2.

If you make the graphics yourself, you will get a better idea.

I like this course very much so I can recommend it to others too who are serious in learning Construct 3.

By the way, our daughter Karabo did put the smileys on this reply. hello from Karabo

  • Hi Paala,

I just enrolled in your new course. It seems very interesting also get a very nice five star score already.

I like to create a learning tool for our daughter Karabo (8) just to reherse her schoolwork in a fun way of learning. I hope your course put me on my way.

Thank you for sharing your information with us.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads

Tom told in an earlier post they are working on the gamejam licence problem.

I am guessing that they leave the gamejam licence run until it is fixed. But that is only my guesswork.

I can see the Scirra team worked and are working hard to get C3 up and running. I am not concerned because I know this will be fixed as soon as possible.

I also noted a very pleasant positive vibe towards Construct 3. Together with the Scirra team, we all (Construct 3 users) will make a great future for C3.

The C3 community here is very constructive and creative. Only 3 people can win the gamejam, but I want to say, great work everyone!!! Nicely done!!!

Thank you very much Tom. We know you are all very busy, so your efforts are appreciated.

    Chris

I also seem to have the same problem as Lennaert. Despite my subscription, it keeps using the game jam licence. There seems nothing in the receiving purchase email, which can activate the new C3 subscription.

Don't worry, I am sure this will be solved before the game jam licence expires.

  • Hi Lucky,

To put you on your way, I am creating a mozaics game in the 3 colors which Ashley use in his avator. Red, Blue and white. I create triangular, rectangular, square shapes in Affinity Designer of 32 and 64 pixels. There is a grid where a player can put in those pieces.

As a start I intent to use the C3 logo made in those pieces.

This is my very first participation in a game jam and like you I do not find it easy. On this moment I am in the planning and design stage. Saturday I arrive back home in Gaborone and then I have much more time to start actually programming it.

I only use C3 for this Mosaics game. When the game jam is over I will wait until we can buy a license and then continue adding new colors, shapes and features. Also like to polish the game graphics.

Success Lucky, just follow your imagination and creativity.

    Chris

I will keep my promise to you.

  • Hello Zenox98,

It is working now as expected, even in the full version.

I did not change anything. I do not know what went wrong.

    Thank you very much.

  • Thank you Blackhornet for your link.

On this moment I am using r27 which works normal again. However it is still the free very limited edition.

I had hoped that I also could enjoy the full version but it is fine using the free edition.

I am using Windows 7 on a Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile D9015 which is from January 2009.

Yesterday Construct 3 worked without any problem.

Can you tell me what is wrong and how I can open the full Construct 3?

Thank you very much for helping me, which is very much appreciated.

    Wish you all the best.
