    Ads are served if the user "Consents" or agrees to all.

    If the user does not consent, no ads are served at all.

    Yes, they should get non-personalized ads, but nothing is displayed.

    It seems like something is not going through. Something isn't right, it shouldn't be like that.

    I'm encountering quite a problem with the ads from Admob. I'm using the built-in MobileAdvert plugin by Scirra.

    Admob is configured, and ads are displayed only if the user presses "Consent". Anything else, such as "Do not consent" or "Confirm choices", does not show the ad.

    The ad type is a banner. Test mode gives the same result.

    Ads reappear only if "Consent" was selected.

    It seems that ads should be displayed at all times, only the difference they will not be targeted. Anyone encountered this? How to fix it..?

  • Thanks for the reply. Well, I find it very weird that it resets. It doesn't feel right having such a local variable, and it resets. Something beyond my understanding.

    Thanks for the suggestion, I thought of that too. I just wanted to keep the project clean and use a local variable only in this scope, but well, oh yeah.

  • In the image, AmountOfTucks keeps at 1 and not adding 1 each time player clicked on it.

    Should be easy, but it doesn't work and I don't know why. Anyone can help?

  • Additionally, exporting in the .mp3 file format introduces silence at the beginning and end of the file (due to the encoder algorithm). In contrast, the .wav file does not.

    If someone is searching for a solution, this information could be insightful.

  • I've created music and sound effects in FL Studio.

    Your reply gave me a clue, so I checked the audio file with Cool Edit Pro.

    It seems there is a 200 ms silence after exporting the file from FL Studio.

    I dig deeper and used "Wrap remainder" during the export from FL Studio, and then eliminate the click or hiccup after exporting, in Cool Edit Pro.

    Quite the journey. Thanks for the tip.

  • As Wachy mentioned above, there is a System action to turn on/off the Group.

    The other thing, per your title name "Variables on whole group",

    you can create Local Variables, which can be inside the Group.

    I've been trying for a while to play music or audio files in a "looping" way, but every time, they hiccup when starting over, ruining the seamless loop effect.

    Any fixes or tips for this issue?

    Since Tim_A started this topic 10 months ago, exporting the project with Construct to Android still results in the icon being squished in the center and looking unappealing.

    Google Play has mentioned that they no longer support icons with transparent backgrounds. So, if I use a filled icon, it still gets squished, not to mention the problems with Adaptive icons.

    Have the icon problems persisted for 10 months already? That's nearly a year of subscription. I understand that there are more serious mechanics to fix and implement, but the app's face, I found it important. When I go into production, it looks bad.

    Could you provide some insight on this matter, Ashley?

  • I tried something different: no other icons option beside Adaptive.

    I uploaded every Adaptive foreground and Adaptive background in various sizes, such as 432x432 and so on, to the Construct project and set the foreground and background purpose accordingly.

    However, even after uploading the app to the Play Store, the icon doesn't work as Adaptive. Device Android 11:
