im not sure does this work even after your app has closed? will it pick up where you left off after closing?

just wondering if its possible for the game to automatically save its progress when you advance to the next level, and for it to automatically unlock the next level in the level select menu so you can pickup where you left off?

kind of like angry birds, where to complete the first level and it unlocks it to play from the menu and auto saves.

well there is a time limit on the level, where the player must get the highest score they can before the timer ends. but i would like for the level to continue untill the timer ends before it determines whether the player scored the required amount to progress to the next level.

but how do i make it so that it waits for the current layout to end before going right to the next layout?

just wondered how i would implement a way so if a player scores a certain amount that at ther end of the layout it will proceed to the next level(if they dont then game over)
