• famekrafts No problem brother

Actually on the main serif.com site save 50% on everything today and tomorrow.

FYI::ALSO as I told people that want to use paypal they have to use Australia side when you decide to upgrade you have to be on that side for it to recognize any purchases you do it on the US side it will say it can't find your purchases.

• [quote:1opsbw2t]But with flash your assets can be used for any game engine, whether cocos, flash, unity, torque, game salad and construct 2. Spriter is good only if you are working with construct 2.

I was going by your statement which you said flash was more universal and Spriter was only good for C2. You are content creator and readers seeing that would get a misconception of Spriter which isn't true. IMO Putting out something like that can hurt the developers that are trying to build up more money to continue improving Spriter.

• Yea I am still frivolously searching for it.

• Why wouldn't Spriter work with other engines? It exports the separate frame pngs, spritesheet, sprite strip and animated gif in b10 of the Pro Version. The best part is once you do an animation like a walk cycle you can just replace the parts and don't have to start from scratch again and just modify. Yes they made a special plugin for C2 but it isn't just limited to C2.

• No I lost my capx this is just the graphical files and the .svg file to manipulate them. Yea the project is like a year old I did when I first bought C2 about a year ago. This was my first project. I was just showing when everything is put together. I have searched and somewhere between system changes I lost the original capx file

• Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
• I made this a while ago when I was first learning C2 and decided to do a pinball games. The assets is free to use commercially in games but of course your not permitted to package and sell as your own. Credit is not needed. Hope someone find it useful.(it includes .svg so you can change stuff)

I did a design no-no and made the middle mouse button the launch button

So controls are

Middle Button -Launch

Left Button-For Left Flipper

Right Button-For Right Flipper

and Space to shake the board

And when you make a high score and put you initials in you still have to hit the restart button to start again.

I would give a .capx file if I could find it. But I searched and searched and must of deleted it by accident.

• Yea that was what I meaning the icons help you to narrow down the uses. Where some font sites don't tell you till you download and read the readme which is annoying.

• 'Tis true but they have icons to tell you the differences in commercial usage and of course double check by reading the license. Some sites got me when after I downloaded and it said non-commercial use so I have to delete cause I don't want to mix it up with free commercial use fonts.

But they do say to report fonts that isn't because the intent of the site if for 100% commercial use.

• Just as graphics are crucial to a game, fonts can also make and break the flow. So here are free for commercial use fonts

Now there are other sites with 'free' w conditions licenses. But FontSquirrel states that all the font they post are guaranteed as free for commercial use license. Which takes time if you visit sites like DAFonts that have alot that are only for personal use so you have to weed through fonts to find some that is good for commercial use.

• Also I link to the Australian side because for some reason the US side doesn't offer Paypal (those in the US that want to use Paypal). So the trick is to be on the Australian side so you can get to Paypal .

• I found it very easy to get around and simple to use. I just know a lot of people be like they have to have Illustrator but miss other good tools thats less inexpensive. To me Adobe is like Jordon shoes, its price is all about name. I have never played with the animation and probably forgot about it doing that being that I used Anime Studio but have moved to Spriter for my 2D Work.

But there is a starter edition for people to give it a whirl that is 'free' (meaning some features may be disable but would let you feel the flow of the application)

I even use their PagePlus that is an alternative to InDesign. I love it (and got it for a nice discount when the soccer championship event was going on)

• Hey guys,

I always see people posting about vector software and isn't fond of using Inkscape or MS Expression but wallets can't handle obtaining Adobe Illustrator. Serif has a nice vector package that is on sale. You can go with X6 for 39.99 or X5 for 29.99 and save 70% off. Before you buy there is a version for you to test out to check it out. Don't know how long the sale is going on but thought I would put it out there for those looking.
