Fully commented source code/event sheet & sprites to create a space shooter game
  • I made this a while ago when I was first learning C2 and decided to do a pinball games. The assets is free to use commercially in games but of course your not permitted to package and sell as your own. Credit is not needed. Hope someone find it useful.(it includes .svg so you can change stuff)

I did a design no-no and made the middle mouse button the launch button <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_confused.gif" alt=":?" title="Confused">

    So controls are

    Middle Button -Launch

    Left Button-For Left Flipper

    Right Button-For Right Flipper

and Space to shake the board

And when you make a high score and put you initials in you still have to hit the restart button to start again.

I would give a .capx file if I could find it. But I searched and searched and must of deleted it by accident. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt="" title="Embarrassed">

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • PhoenixNightly you should make it "On "space button" is held - Launch" Also with the Capx just re export it and you will be fine. I would prefer downloading the Capx itself rather than a .zip dropbox file.

  • No I lost my capx this is just the graphical files and the .svg file to manipulate them. Yea the project is like a year old I did when I first bought C2 about a year ago. This was my first project. I was just showing when everything is put together. I have searched and somewhere between system changes I lost the original capx file

  • Ah PhoenixNightly that suckss, it would be nice to make a retro project like such. Speaking of, who knows I may do one myself XD.

  • Yea I am still frivolously searching for it.

  • After getting my old computer back functional I found my old capx for this <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy"> if you want you can use this as a starter base. Some of the sounds I got off of freesound, other places or I made myself. I can't remember on everything I used for sound so I would say not to use the sounds in this package in your final production of anything if you decide to use this as a base. Of course you have permission to use the .capx to produce something commercially except repackaging and trying to resell as a template is NOT permitted. The images that are included are created by me and you can alter and whatever for development of course except repacking to resell. Now I did this sometime last year while I was really new to Construct so it maybe able to be implemented better but for 48 events that isn't bad...no??

Also this use families so I don't know how this will alter for free users and at the time I don't have any plans of alternating it to function with the free version. It is supplied as is.

  • If you want to save some time finding sounds in the future, you're welcome to order custom sound effects on our site littlerobotsoundfactory(dot)com.
