does anyone know how this would look in the engine? not skilled with this.
yes im using simulated control on the platform behavior. And yes i was kinda surprised to see theres no "is moving in a direction". do you by chance no what variables i can use?
My enemy character sprite can mirror when its chasing the player. but I want to know how to mirror the enemies sprite based off of the direction its moving with out it being based on the position of the player.
How do I pin (rope style) the same object multiple times to player 1? i want them to follow behind in a single line like pikachu
ReallyBasic yes the original pacman used nodes and waypoints to move. pacman was on a track that had forks in the road that would lead to different nodes/waypoints. so pacman didnt react to the walls when it came to moving he reacted to the track that he was on. I was wondering if there is a way you can do that in construct 3.

How do I get my character to follow a way point path like pacman?
Yes thats whats strange. because the other directions dont get stuck on corners. down tends to get stuck on corners and other flat surfaces
You guys have helped a ton i appreciate the time. Hey jobel do you by chance know why pushing down towards an object makes the object stop. it seems to work for every direction but the down direction.
This seems over complicated for my artsy mind ha. is this still good to use for Construct 3?
Hey Jobel will this allow the object to move smoothly on a diagonal surface? im having an issue with the objects getting stuck.
How do I move a 8 directional sprite along a diagonal solid smoothly?
Im having the same problem in construct 3. the diagonal movements are stopping my character from moving. any fixes for construct 3?
