even though the collision polygon is on the black character in the animation it seems to expand to the size of the black characters bounding box during gameplay (looks it its using the force). it is not this way in the animations. can anyone one help me figure this out? working file below.

WackyToaster I would like to add an impulse or force when touching collision box at some point. so i would need physics on the collision box still right?

I have an animation where the player swings a pick axe. i want a collision box to follow the tip of the axe. im using all physics and i was told not to use things like "set position" because they are not physics based. ive tryed using the revolute joint to attach it to a specific image point on the pick axe but the collision box doesnt seem to follow the axe.

to pick up axe hold down right click and click left click to swing.

after picking up shotgun with right click and shooting it once with left click the npcs are supposed to move towards your position. when player is put in the left corner of the room the npcs start running through walls can anyone help?

so when you hold down the right click on the pick ax and then press the left click i want the red collision box to follow the shape of the pick ax but it kinda does its own thing. does any know how i can make the box follow the the pick ax shape?

calminthenight thanks for all your help and i understand the conflicting animation calls but i dont understand why the structure is important. your code basically says what mine says its just in a different order. but yours clearly works and mine doesnt. im just confused on why the order matters if they are both basically saying the same thing

I was hoping a trigger once would solve this but it seems do the same thing. Im not sure how the animation could be restarting since a boolean can only either be false or true. hmm

hey oosyrag yea i dont think its that i have the speed set to 60

I dont have any button downs. they are all clicks. so i dont understand why when it gets to pickattack it doesnt play animation past the first frame. can anyone help. below is my code. whats in red is what isnt working. if anyone has an answer please be detailed as im new to this.
