  • Dear Scirra,

I was wondering when you guys (aka code monkeys) were going to implement the arcade library on our user page? I've been a member of this community for a few years now, and have yet to see any blog or update on this issue... It was brought to my attention from a fan of my web games. They suggested to me that it would be a lot easier to go to my user page and access my games from there instead of having to search through either the genre, or the category my game is in, or copy and paste a link to them and I agree with my fans. When will you guys be addressing this situation? I really adore this tool called Construct 2, and the community is extremely friendly while being awesome as well I do hope your "higher ups" look into this immediately... Would enjoy having my web games' thumbnails on my user page.

Thank you in advance for considering this feedback

    Jay

  • And finally, stage five... It should be uploaded to the arcade asap... Stay tuned!!!

  • Stage four:

  • Another pic for stage three:

  • A pic of stage two:

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Been working on my second web game for a good while now... Here's a pic of stage one:

  • What program did you use for the animation? If I may ask....

  • "I get tired of reading in some threads that construct 2 is not a pro tool. I just brought it and already I see the power of it made a game and it ran the same speed on my computer as my phone. I think the work you guys are doing is great but you badly need a showcase section to show that there are successful games in both appstores and steam to the new users. Construct 2 is on the same level as the other game engines, but you guys don't show enough case studies of successful Construct2 games. Thanks for making an awesome tool!!"

I couldn't agree more with this... I too, purchased my license and it's THE best investment I've made in quite some time. I totally agree that C2 can stand with the "top dogs" in the game development editor software arena... It's all about basic logic with C2... Once you get the hang of the event system, you're pretty much liberated to design whatever you desire, barring you know how to go about scripting said project. Great games like Airscape (I recently discovered this was a fruit of C2!!!) are proof that Construct 2 is a powerful engine.

  • Nice and informative!!! I will have to make an Instagram account asap!!!

  • My Geezzz.... I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!!!! lol! It was as simple as "whatever you have on one sheet, has to be done in the other"... I'm wondering if blackhornet's idea of adding the whole event sheet would have been a better choice but I got it to work, and I have a "heads up" for the next problem (which I'm sure is right around the corner lol!) I really appreciate the reply dude...
