  • just call the animation? like on down arrow pressed - play animation "down"?

  • hello everyone i have an issue with an animation in my game

    the animation name is down, when i press the down arrow i need to changue the frame of the sprite named "player" and reproduce the animation "down" but when i do that the frame is changued but the animation wont play until i press the button again.

  • we know that the bunnies are a pain and you die like in the 3rd one xD,

    we will fix that, well, the jump to run animation is a bug with the jump thru in the platforms and i dont know how to fix it =(.

    the delay in the punch was intentional because if you pressed too fast the d key the animations of the punch wont finish, if we didnt do that you could punch faster but the animations will "cut", about the animations of falling to idle, we know that it doesnt look good and fluid.

    we dont have animations like idle to jump or run to jump but if you think that it will look better i can talk with my friends an implement that in the future.

    i have an early demo of my project and i think that you could check it and give some feedback or your opinions of the game, the tutorial is in spanish but i think the images in it are self explanatory, you use the mouse in the main menu and you revive with the space bar.

  • i have tested with some friends and sometimes works fine, but the bug exists i tested it myself and i can assure you that the game freezes sometimes.

    i have a issue with the web fonts i used this tutorial scirra.com/tutorials/237/how-to-use-your-own-web-fonts/page-1

    in my project you can see if you disable the flash events and actions in the main_menu event sheet the font of the text wont change, and if you enable them it will work but in the first apparition of the text it will have the font before the change.

    if anyone could check my capx and help me, i would appreciate it.

  • i checked your capx and you need this.

    event: system for each enemy ice

    sub event: enemy ice on collition with edge marker

               ..... action right

               ..... action left

    also you need to edit the sprite enemy ice the origin points are in weird places that is why the animation isn right

  • lol you fixed that issue, well i think that you need to do the same thing to your enemy sprites also you need to use for each enemy because you need to handle them individualy and use a container for them that will help you if you want to give them variables like hp and others.

  • you need a pin in your player sprite, the pin behavior. and you need to do this in your event sheet.

    event: on start of layout.

    action:-player pin pin to playerbox.

           -player set position to player box

  • the boss needs to fire you right?

    you can do a gun sprite and pin it to your boss and do this

    event:system every x second

    action: set gun sprite angle towards player.x player.y

    sub event: system every x second

    action:gun spawn bullet.
