  • In the game im building i'd rather have the players mouse to be locked.

It uses both left and right mouse buttons to be played and the game screen is only 800px wide.

So when clicking the right mouse just outside the layout the right mouse menu opens up.

As such, the gamers attention gets pulled out of the game.

It would be a real benefit to my game to have the option of mouse lock.

So Ashley, if u tend to build it into construct 2, i am one of those who really needs it in game.

And as the above message already aplied, a mouse "unlock" event would be very usefull.

    And thanx for considering to implement it <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • It runs!

Cant yet say that it has become more speedy, but then again im not using more then a few physics objects.

It works fine for what its suposed to do in my game.

I also run it on my laptop currently.

    Thanx!

Its going to be in the google chrome store when ready.

And probable in the windows store later on in the future.

So im looking forward to the end result.

The team working on the game has just grown bigger.

Today a music producer has joined us.

And the game already has become quite addicting to testers.

  • Im also getting the error.

  • I'l give it a spin after midnight and report back after it.

Extra speed on the physics part is a real gem!

    Thanx! <img src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

When looking for something realated to physics in an event just type (spritename).physics.(then a dropdown list apears)

Just as Yann taught us here: Ball.Physics.VelocityY gives us the Y velocity of the physics of the ball.

What i did was use the (Compare two values) option.

    I used it as in:

    If: Ball.Physics.VelocityY greater than 300

    Then: Activate action

The .Physics expression also has angle measurement.

So my gues is that u could do a similar thing.

    We have a few minutes <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    Really nice!

Im definitely going to use it often.

  • About the physics curve problem.

Have u tried adding collision points to the ball itself?

Making its own curve really smooth.

Or have u tried changing the basic setting of the balls collision mask to "circle" instead?

  • twdead

    That would be awesome!

  • Not Yet!

    Very sharp Yann!

    Thanx
