How about something like this?
You need to right click the file in the public folder, select "Copy public link" and paste the link here on the forums.

Should bounce then, maybe check the animations collision polygon?
If you could post a .capx using dropbox, it would be easier for us to see the problem.
What sort of behaviour do you have on the walls? A sprite without any behaviours or events will not collide with anything, you'll need to use the solid behaviour on the walls.
Add all the solid objects to a family, and apply the actions to the family instead?

If you need more advanced control you could try simply spawning Sprites with the Bullet movement and control them with events.
