You should make a higher resolution and/or smaller gfx. Since you cant really get good speed, staying inside of the screen.

Also, Fullscreen is not that perfect for an game like yours.

You could simply use the "OR" addition in your event

Player Animation Punch is playing > Do something

OR

Player Animation Kick is playing

OR

Player Animation Bite XD is playing

I meant if he used layers like

1-HUD

2-Roofs

3-Level

He could make an entire Layer (only the roofs) invinsible.

He said Layers in his text, but maybe meant sprites <img src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

You use the function:

System > Layers > Set opacity. Then enter the name or number and in your case, 0 for transparent.

With Mp3 i have actually no idea. With ogg you just can trigger the loop after the amount of time your intro is done...

I would love it also if there is an good way to handle that problematic.

Just click on the "I" sign in the right upper corner. On the window that popped up click on "load license file" to show the software where your file is located. After selecting it, restart and everything should be fine.
