• Oops i never read you full post silly me.

Yeah dsarchy is right, you need to compare the variable to see if the score is grater or equal to 1000, if it is then go to next layout.

Tip:

You might want to make a global variable called TargetScore,

Then every tick compare that target score to the current score.

Its easier to change ect the, all you have to do is on start of layout set target score to - (x)

• Oh also, you could have layers for each level but its not advised. Could cause you problems later on in your game. Stick to layouts its more sensible

• Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
• You could have a invisible sprite, or visible.

Then have a on collision event, which you'll then fire your go to layout action.

The layout has no end unless you give it one

• Why can you not jump on them? 9 times out of 10 there are ways to work around this. I have not seen the other threads though. but if you tell me the problem or provide a capx i'll take on the challenge

• Im just asking a general question to users who wouldn't mind answering.

It might be interesting to see the dominant age group in the community.

Also it might be cool to see why your using Construct2, If you have lived a long programming life and can't be arsed with it anymore..?

So about me:

- Im 17 years old.

- I have been a self taught programmer for two years(yes since 15!!!)

- I first came across Construct2 on a blog post my Emmanuele Feronato.

- I enjoy programming but it takes a long time to achieve a good outcome, I worked with someone with some fame. He was a professional Athlete. I produced a IPhone application for him, And a game. But im trying to make the game again in C2.

So what about you?

• you can get a pre owned laptop pretty cheap, Or get a brand new netbook for like ?100 -- Allthough they are crap!! I had one a while ago(was trying to be cheap) but i smashed it up. Switched to a heavy duty laptop, and I have a desktop PC -- Custom built by me

You could even get a pre owned desktop PC for about ?50.00

But remember the price you pay will reflect the performance of the computer

• Yeah that would be a great feature, Is it possible for the future Ashley?

• No I meant handling the rotation(flips) both ways

• Wooooo!!!! Nice plugin mate. I'm hoping C2,will implement a debug panel one day. But until then thanks!!

• I was actually thinking of pullingbjybold JavaScript side of my brain out of my draw and have a go at further adding to the plugin

• I just had a look at that roar engine. Looks pretty cool!!! Might be worth making an plugin for that

• There is one i used to use before called scoreoid it's really good for making leader boards achievements and notifications ect the leaderboards load allot faster than the ones from plunge playtomic plugin. Scoreoid also allows you to create players and save days for them so they can have profiles inr your game
