Well, your example capx works for me.
Only the top instance, which is not covered at all is destroyed when clicked.
So I don't understand what is the issue here.
And I'd also add that
SC2 should have ads "made with SC2", and should also limit the export.

On my own website I gather/curate game design talks of smart and experienced people talking about making games.
I also consider extra-credits as a valuable source of informations concerning game design/making (most of the time).
Make sure the files are present on your server.
FF is more picky than Chrome, and if files are missing, the script won't get executed.
Atm, it simply seems the files aren't where they are supposed to and can't be loaded.
Make sure also your server's MIME types are correct.

AJAX manual entry has an interesting tip concerning cross-domain, and it works on a local server (you shouldn't be working on a production website).
Please try the latest r120.2, it uses an updated version of node-webkit that maybe exports better.
Third part plugins still aren't supported, full screen (thanks to the browser plugin) is.
