Due to some breaking changes in the latest C2 bulds from r187 onwards, the Arcade will only accept games exported from r186.2: https://www.scirra.com/construct2/releases/r187 (the release notes say 168.2 but this is a mis-type).

Did you buy via the store?

Usually, as soon as someone buys a license, they automatically get a badge, as long as they login using the same email details as when they purchased the license.

Also, whatever method you used to pay - Paypal etc - could be the one holding up the transaction over the festive period.

I use firefox all the time, and am using build 34.0. I haven't experienced any particular issues. Have you installed any addons lately? If so, try disabling all addons.

Maybe upload what you have as a .capx so others can see where you are going wrong.

You should be able to access them via the store - redeem and downloads, I think.

Otherwise, email , but remember they are basically on leave until the 5th January, so you may have to wait a few days.
