Transparency works for me, so you will need to provide - ideally - a small .capx that highlights the issue.

It shouldn't need all your work if it really is an issue - you should be able to recreate using any images.

If it then proves to be an actual bug, at least we have all verified it and it can then be posted in the Bugs section for Ashley to deal with.

Need a lot more info.

What version of C2 are you using?

What export wrappers have you used?

How are you testing - export or over wifi?

Are you mixing the physics behavior with other behaviors ( such as platform, etc - not really designed to be used together)?

What does debug say? (no. of collision per tick, etc)

There's a very simple example/template available built-in to c2, when selecting 'New'.

It's called 'Rotating platformer'.

A user is generally likely to get a more useful response if they provide a minimal .capx that both highlights the problem, and also allows others to test if they experience the same issue.

Without a .capx, it's just guesswork and therefore pretty useless.

Bumping your own post after an hour is ridiculous.

As is often stated, bug reports can take many days to be investigated, maybe even weeks if there is a complication.

Plus, as it's xmas, it's highly unlikely to be resolved until after the holidays, especially as you haven't followed the bug reporting guidelines in any way.

This makes it impossible for anyone else to even attempt to offer assistance.

A license is valid for all C2 upgrades for the foreseeable future. A new license is probably likely when C3 is released.

You need to follow all the bug reporting guidelines or this will likely be closed.

Plus, r178 is very old, You should update C2 to either the latest stable or beta and re-test.

Why not just export from C2?

Basically, A personal license is just for the named person, but can be installed on any number of machines, as long as the named person is the only one using the machine.

Therefore, as you and your brother want to work on 2 separate machines, then you would both need a license.
