  • Sorry for resurecting this old thread, but i cant get my gamepad working in Chrome.

    when debugging the layout, and im looking at the gamepad it clearly registers the lastbutton pressed but there is no movement on my gameobject. while in Firefox there is no issue

    works fine in:

    Firefox

    NW.js

    im using:

    Version 63.0.3239.132 (Officiell version) (64 bitar)

    Windows 10 Pro N

    Construct 3 Release r75

    logitec gamepad F710

  • Legal issues differ from country to country, most international storefronts address those issues and problems to you before even publishing. Such as google play saying you need X cerdental such as some places requiring a rating system approval and rating based off a standard service most of which isn't worth selling to unless you have a game that supports multi-language, some cost money so yeah not worth it.

    Most of the legal issues is more or less a personal prefference of what you want to expect from the users other than liablity claims of loss data or damaged hardware, which basically are just put in some EULA's to prevent people from blaming them for hardware or software issues more than likely caused by the OS. Some places require that you address certain issues like the usage of cookies but all you have to say is cookies use & collect browser data for advertisement agencies and done if you do ads.

    Which you can easily address in a user licence agreement. If you sell it through certain storefronts they make you use their standard template EULA, such as scirra so you won't have to worry about anything if you sell it through them. But for the most part you won't have to worry about google play, steam, amazon, or most of the popular storefronts either.

    although i do want to learn, what there are for rules and laws that we have to think about, due too there are quite alot of steps that need to be taken ( atleast here in sweden )

    so there fore i would like to hear your experiences and what you have learned

    A am thinking of making a game that i want to try to sell, but i dont know what i have to think of when it comes what "Eulas" user agreemets, licenes etc.. when selling in EU and USA or Asia.

    what are your experiences, and your advices ?

    have an wierd issue, when i start the program the animation goes to frame 1 directly even though i have set it to be on frame 0 ( line 1)

    i have set all the seting for frame 0, but it stills jumps to frame 1 :/

    sprite have two frames: 0 and 1

    on lay out there are 2 sprites, with instance variable ID

    any one that can help me understand what is happening ?

    here is as i understand it 2) when user clickes on the sprite Or touch it, then execute following statements ,set taped id with sprite.id,set animation frame to 1.

    i would recon it should start on frame 0, then when clicked it changes to animation fram 1.. im confused
