  • As a test I have placed a wav-file in the work directory.

    When played in the preview, i hear a short crack/crackling-sound at the start of the soundclip, that can't be heard in the original soundfile.

    Does anyone have experience with this?

    Properties from Windows (translated from Dutch, so may be translated in a bit uncommon way):
    length: less than a second.
    size: 34,5 kB.
    bit transmission speed: 1411 kbps.
    Size of fragment: 16 bits.
    channels: 2 (stereo).
    sound recording speed: 44 kHz.
    sound format: PCM.
  • All you need to do is close every layout, then re-open them. All effects will then be 'turned off' in the layout editor.

    I will try this. Is this officially a bug?

  • I added layer effect Soften. It directly shows in the editor how it affects the layer.

    How do I turn it off in the editor, so that it only gets activated in-game, when I want to?

    But the feel of atmosphere (I like north east asia) is so real. Feels almost like I'm walking in Shanghai.

    I also enjoy the interaction/chemistry between Kane & Lynch.

  • "What games are you playing" is a fun topic (), but I wanted to share games that I appreciate. Maybe other people feel the same way (about either sharing, or about my favorite games).

    If you had to make a list of 5 or so favorite games, what would it be?

    (Gabe Newell's fav games: Super Mario 64, Doom and a punch card game called Trek)

    edit: it was another (messy) event that caused it.

  • Found a workaround: selected the action above it. Held Shift, selected the action under it.

    I am curious how other people experience this problem.

  • Sometimes when I'm selecting one event or condition, all conditions belonging to that group are being selected, instead of the one event/condition I selected.

    Is there any workaround to select that one event? Now I can't select it.

    I'm using C0.99.84

  • The situation I want: create an object every 2 seconds. The objects should not disappear unless a future action tells them so.

    Whenever the object is created, I see it being removed from the screen as soon as the new object is being created.
    
    What can be the reason for this?
